What is a Family Law Accredited Specialist, and why should you choose one to represent you in your family law matters? The Accredited Specialist program is administered by the Queensland Law Society. It formally recognises select lawyers as specialists in their field. To become an accredited specialist, candidates must have a minimum level of experience and complete an advanced, peer-reviewed assessment program. As at the date of writing, the Queensland Law Society website lists only 203 Family Law Accredited Specialists.
